Your Pathway, Our Future

Apprenticeship
Duration: 12 months +
Starting Salary: £18 000
What you'll do: Learn on the job while supporting internal teams and client projects, helping you build practical skills and gain experience in a technology business.Minimum Requirements:
Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a clear interest in technology.
Career Outcome: Opportunity to progress into permanent role as your develop your skills and experience. -
Internship
Duration: 6 months +
Starting Salary: £25 000
What you'll do: Gain hands on experience working alongside our teams, contributing to client work and developing your skills in real business environment.Minimum Requirements:
Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a related university course.
Career Outcome: Opportunity to be considered for a graduate or permanent role based on your performance and development. -
Graduate Programme
Duration: 6 months +
Starting Salary: £35 000
What you'll do: work on client projects and internal initiatives, with structured training and support to help you develop your skills and start your career in technology and business.Minimum Requirements:
2:1 degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related course.
Career Outcome: Designed to support your progression into a permanent role across areas such as Consulting, Sales, Technical or Business Operations.

You'll work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide you as you learn and grow, helping you build confidence and developing your skills.

You'll get involved in client work and internal projects early on, helping you develop practical skills and understand how your teams operate. This will also include exposure to technologies such as AI and how they're used in real business environment.
