What you'll do: Gain hands on experience working alongside our teams, contributing to client work and developing your skills in real business environment.Minimum Requirements:
Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a related university course.
Career Outcome: Opportunity to be considered for a graduate or permanent role based on your performance and development, as well as your enjoyment.Office Locations: London, Basingstoke, or Poole, as well as some home-working.

What you'll do: work on client projects and internal initiatives, with structured training and support to help you develop your early career skills.Minimum Requirements:
2:1 degree in (but not limited to) Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related course.
Career Outcome: Designed to support your progression into a permanent role across Consulting, Sales, Technical or Business Operations.Office Locations: London, Basingstoke, or Poole, as well as some home-working.

You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide and support you as you learn, helping you build your technical skills and confidence in a professional environment.They’ll provide regular feedback, share their knowledge, and help you understand how your work contributes to real client and internal projects, supporting your development and progression.

You’ll get involved in client work and internal projects early on, helping you develop practical skills and understand how your teams operate in a real business environment.You’ll also gain exposure to technologies such as AI and see how they’re applied in practice, giving you valuable experience and helping you build confidence in your abilities.
