Support Team Leader - UK (Remote)

About the Role
Are you an experienced support professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent service? We’re looking for a Support Team Leader to guide and inspire our support team while driving outstanding results.
This is a remote role with a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern, working 7pm – 7am.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to perform at their best
- Oversee day-to-day support operations, meeting SLAs and KPIs
- Handle escalations and work closely with management to resolve complex issues
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and career development planning
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in team leadership or senior IT support
- Strong background in customer service, technical support, or service management
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people-management skills
- Knowledge of ITIL and service management tools (certifications a plus!)
- A proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement
